CIVIL GOVERNMENT
We believe that God has ordained and created governments. And that everyone should obey the rules set in place when the government’s rules do not contradict God’s law.
Terms explained:
Contradict God’s law: When human government requires individuals to actively break God’s laws than the believer must obey God (Daniel 3; Matthew 22:21; Acts 5:29; Romans 13:1-7; Hebrews 13:17; 1 Peter 2:13-14).
